academic shoot

lines-

  • the composition rule i followed for this photo was lines.
  • the subject of this photo is girl siting in the hallway.
  • i think its clear that the subject is the girl, all the lines kinda point to her.
  • i guess i could have shot her from the front so that the big window was behind me and not so much light was in the background.

balance-

  • the composition rule i followed for this picture was balance.
  • the subjects of this photo is the two boys worrying notes
  • i think the subject is clear, your eyes go to the boys when you look at the photo
  • i think the subject was clearly shown

rule of thirds-

  • the composition rule for this photo was rule of thirds
  • the subject of this photo is the boy drawing in the hallway
  • yes, i think the subject is pretty clear the only thing i think distracts from the boy is the big red wall
  • to make the subject clearer i could've found an angle that didn't make the big bright red wall so prominent

simplicity-

  • the composition rule was simplicity
  • the subject of this photo is the boy raising his hand
  • kind of, i think the big hand in the corner distracts from the boy
  • i could've moved so i was facing the boy more, but i was trying to not be a distraction and i was too focused on getting the simple green background

framing-

  • this photo shows the rule of framing
  • the subject is the boy doing his homework sitting at the desk
  • i think the subject is pretty clear, i meanness a little out of focus but other than that id say it was  fine
  • i could have put him more in focus, i was trying my darndess but it just didn't work out

merger-

  • this picture is a merger which is a thing you're not supposed to do
  • the subjects are those two girls hot gluing something
  • well one of the girls heads are kinda mushed together so it looks kinda weird
  • i could've good in front of them so that they would look like two separate people and not one whole person with two heads
